We're looking for a VP of Client Services who can turn high expectations into even higher client satisfaction. Someone who sees around corners, leads with empathy, and turns strategic insight into action. What You'll Do
- Own client delivery. You're not here to babysit projects-you're here to ensure clients get real, measurable outcomes.
- Champion a 10-star client experience. Expectations should always be clear, communication proactive, and insights value-packed.
- Drive retention & satisfaction. You'll play the long game, making sure clients stick with us because we make their lives easier and their brands stronger.
- Manage day-to-day execution. Keep projects moving, teams aligned, and deliverables razor-sharp. No silos, no surprises.
- Partner with creative and tech leads. Elevate LG's positioning by making sure our expertise isn't just delivered-it's advocated for.
- See the problems before they happen. We don't do reactive client service. You'll anticipate needs and solve for them before they become roadblocks.
What You Bring
- Deep experience in client services, account management, or strategy. You know what it takes to keep clients engaged, growing, and happy.
- A strong POV and a bias for action. You're not here to just "keep the trains running." You challenge assumptions and push for what's best.
- A track record of making teams better. You don't just manage; you elevate.
- Fluency in digital marketing, paid media, and data-driven strategy. If you don't already speak our language, you'll need to learn fast.
- Strong leadership and empathy. You know when to push, when to listen, and when to recalibrate.
