We Are looking for a few:
Do you want your day to be a mix of communications, client, and creative experience? Excited by both the opportunity to find a solution and articulating how you got there?
We’re looking for an experienced paid media specialist to help grow our team. LooseGrip is a 10-year old digital marketing agency that has taken a head-first dive into SaaS with the launch of our first product, .
MeetBrief is searching for someone who is ambitious and able to take on the challenges necessary to grow MeetBrief, our marketing and sales insights tool.
We’re looking for an experienced product manager to help grow our product, MeetBrief. We (LooseGrip) are a 10-year old digital marketing agency that has taken a head-first dive into SaaS with the launch of our first product. We’ve made a slew of progress over the last 12 months, but need a dedicated product manager to guide us, focus us, and motivate us as we move beyond beta.
We're looking for an awesome Digital Analyst Apprentice to join the LooseGrip team and be instrumental in the growth and success of our company. Someone who loves the idea of turning data into action.
We're a smallish one million dollar agency, building the team and framework that will help us become a 5 million dollar company. We have a broad mix of clients who sell everything from ice cream, to hotel rooms, to servers and DDoS protection. Our competitive advantage is providing superior, customized service to our clients where we emphasize quantifiable results that brings added value. Employees are directly involved in the success of the company on a day-to-day basis and successes are shared across the board. LooseGrip also does Do-Goodery: each year, Loosegrip sponsors a charitable non-profit and provides no cost campaign strategy and best practices consulting.
We're small, nimble and virtual. While we're "based" in Pennsylvania, without fancy office digs our remote team works from all areas of the US. We use quarterly meet ups to be sure we're all pushing towards the same goals, and get a chance to have a beer together every now and then.
Most of our day to day collaboration happens via Google Hangouts, Slack and Insightly.
Neil Callanan is the Founder and CEO of LooseGrip & Grasp Metrics. Neil is passionate about data, but not in the spreadsheets and python kind of way. He gets most excited when data is used to drive insight-based decisions rather than defaulting to the highest-paid-person's-opinion.
Before LooseGrip, Neil also co-founded some very mediocre startups. (DeGeeked, COR HQ)
Neil lives in the Finger Lakes in Upstate NY, and is a graduate of the University of Florida and would be happy to tell you about all the virtues of either.
Sarah leads Creative and Content for LooseGrip. That means everything from phrasing structure and insights, to user experience, to the (often absurd) ads you may see floating around social platforms. She likes thoughtful design, well-written copy, careful kerning, and the Oxford comma. She dislikes writing bios.
Sarah is both a Hawk and a Hoya (Saint Joseph’s University / Georgetown University). She lives in a barn just outside of Philadelphia, but she will not leave the door open when she visits your house even though she has a perfectly valid excuse.
Marty leads all things technical at LooseGrip, uniquely mixing tactical strategy with development - while turning big (and small) ideas into reality (like building our marketing analytics platform, Grasp Metrics). While “full-stack” developer gets thrown around a lot these days, He prefers “most-stack”, and is as full-stack-ready as they come. He’s known for building things that get asked for before they are asked for.
Along the way, Marty was alongside Neil in helping co-found some startups, DeGeeked and FitFeud (COR HQ), and has been working with LooseGrip for over a decade (man, Breaking Bad hadn’t even aired yet).
Marty resides in Rockville, Maryland, a short Metro ride from Washington, D.C., and is a Duke from James Madison University (no, not that other Duke) - although you wouldn’t know it with how much he loves his Terps.
Nick looks after LooseGrip's products, helping the team to brainstorm, research, test, prioritize, develop, and deliver the best possible experience for our clients. He enjoys optimizing complex systems, discovering loopholes, conjuring solutions, eating cheese, and advocating the use of the metric system.
Before joining LooseGrip, Nick made a lot of video games, apps, websites, and even some robots. Nick lives online, but he comes from Europe - which explains a lot about his love for cats and complete lack of interest and understanding for US college sports.
We'd love for you to know more about Audrey, but she hasn't written her bio yet!
Sara Tehrani drives paid social strategy, growth and performance for LooseGrip and Grasp Metrics. She has developed the social media marketing strategies for some of the biggest brands in the world, training her in all aspects of what it takes to be influential through media, audience and messaging. She enjoys a great debate, is a graduate of George Washington University and currently resides in New York City.
